A: Most rugs are ready in 5–7 working days as we may wash your rug twice if needed. Heavily contaminated or delicate rugs may take longer but we will always keep you infromed.
A: Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery in Wagga Wagga and surrounding close town. For customers outside of Wagga we can just organise a drop off and pick up option. Long term we aim to organise pick up and drop off days for the local satellite towns.
If you and your friends have 3 or more Rugs in your town within 120kms we will drive out and grab them from you.
A: In most cases, yes. Our decontamination process is designed to flush deep into the rug foundation and remediate the urine.
A: Absolutely. We use non-toxic, biodegradable solutions that are safe once the rug returns to your home.
